● Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all renters to purchase traveler's insurance to protect their trip. ● For stays over 30-days, a signed rental agreement will need to be completed. ● Delivery of mail or packages to the condo is not permitted. The condo uses a private locked mailbox which Guests will not have access to. Property owner is not responsible for any unauthorized delivery attempts. ● Quiet Hours: No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in the home. Please note that the city's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. ● Property Maintenance: Lawn services are completed regularly and may occur during your stay. The crews will be as discreet as possible. ● No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. ● Checkout: Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout. A late checkout fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the checkout time, unless a later time has been approved by the host in advance.
