Please note that the city's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. ● Property Maintenance: Lawn services are completed regularly and may occur during your stay. The crews will be as respectful as possible. ● No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. ● Delivery of mail or packages to the townhome are not permitted. The townhome uses a private locked mailbox, which Guests will not have access to. The property owner is not responsible for any unauthorized delivery attempts. ● Checkout: Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout. A late checkout fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the checkout time, unless a later time has been approved by the host in advance.
