● No pets are allowed. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If an unauthorized pet is present, you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund and will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee to remove allergens. ● Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all renters to purchase traveler's insurance to protect their trip. ● For stays over 30-days, a signed rental agreement will need to be completed. ● Quiet Hours: No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in the home. Please note that the city's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. ● Property Maintenance: Lawn services are completed regularly and may occur during your stay. The crews will be as respectful as possible. ● No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. ● Checkout: Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout. A late checkout fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the checkout time, unless a later time has been approved by the host in advance.
