Dogs are welcome to join you on your adventure, we kindly ask you to clean up their waste (no cats are permitted due to allergies). Located just a short walk or bike ride from Womble Park, downtown Holly Springs, and Bass Lake Park, this home places you in the heart of a vibrant community. Whether you're looking to enjoy nature, recreational activities, or the charm of local shops and restaurants, you'll have it all within reach. The home's proximity to these key areas, combined with its updated interiors, makes it a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Note, there is an upstairs owner apartment in the home with dedicated exterior access. You will be issued a personal code during your stay. ✔ Cotton Bedding & Towels ✔ Central air conditioning and heating ✔ Dishwasher ✔ Washer/Dryer ✔ Accessibility ramp that enters the rear of the home available to use, and the primary bathroom is a low-step shower entrance. ★ OUTDOOR FEATURES ★ ✔ The large deck with patio furniture overlooking the backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining. ✔ Private parking Stays of longer than 28 days may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a signed rental agreement will need to be completed.

● Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all renters to purchase traveler's insurance to protect their trip. ● For stays over 30-days, a signed rental agreement will need to be completed. ● Quiet Hours: No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in the home. Please note that the city's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. ● No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. ● Checkout: Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout. A late checkout fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the checkout time, unless a later time has been approved by the host in advance.
