● Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all renters to purchase traveler's insurance to protect their trip. ● No pets are allowed. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If an unauthorized pet is present, you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund and will be charged a $250 deep cleaning fee to remove allergens. ● Quiet Hours: No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in the home. Please note that the city's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. ● Property Maintenance: Lawn services are completed regularly and may occur during your stay. The crews will be as respectful as possible. ● No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio or decks. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee. ● Weapons are not permitted at the property. ● If you are under the age of 25 or have no reviews on your Airbnb profile, we require a signed rental agreement. We rent properties without regard to race, religion, color, sex, national origin, handicap, or familial status of any party. ● Checkout: Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout. A late checkout fee of $50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the checkout time, unless a later time has been approved by the host in advance.

The airport (RDU) is only a 20 minute drive. We are also very close to bus stops and the amtrak station down town. All walking distance from our home. To get around locally, there are bike sharing services all over downtown including Ofo, Limbebike and Spin. Lyft and Uber ride sharing is also convenient with wait times only about 15 minutes.
